'Going to the Sun' Road over the Rockies

More memories! Brilliant! - but we only saw goats in the distance, like on the right-hand side of your fifth photo. Could you see any glaciers? - there seemed to be just the remains of one when we were on that road in about 2003. Are you going east-to-west? I seem to recall the road crosses from left to right of the valley, and I don't remember the 'tunnel'. We went west-to-east and came back via Route 2 - there was a wonderful pie shop - had the BEST cherry pie!
The campground looks great - I hope you're having a wonderful time!
