Phone not pairing to Victron solar

Anyone had a similar problem, my new phone is refusing to pair with my Bluetooth Victron solar.
App finds the device no problem and stats to load but will not connect.
Once it's loaded to an indicated 80% a pin is requested, however entering the pin just starts the process again.

Have you tried uninstalling and re installing the app?
Might also be worth re starting the phone

My shunt did that too.

I had to disconnect power to the shunt to reset it.
