Hi All, I bought a second hand Swift Kontiki 650 last year and it is fitted with a phantom alarm and immobiliser. I was not able to locate the phantom control box and phantom need the serial number to set up the tracking. In desperation I purchased the swift tracker for 1 year to ensure i was covered. Any ideas where the installer likely will have installed the control box please? Also does anyone know if you can purchase and extra fob? Thanks

Hi, we've found that the team at Phantom are very helpful. Perhaps if you contact them they'd know the serial number for your system, based on your Reg No. or VIN?

Alternatively they could hopefully tell you which engineer installed the system, then you could make contact with the engineer, who'd may be able to point you in the right direction.

Thank you. I have tried them twice and both times they have said without serial number they can't tell me anything! Thanks anyway

Do you have anything in your paperwork with the van, our Phantom came with a booklet with a sticker on with all unique numbers.

Otherwise if you have internal ultrasonic sensors try following the wire of one of them and see where it goes.

As said, phantom are normally good at helping.
It is a product often offered by dealers, do you know who supplied the vehicle from new? They often use a regular installer and there could be a paper trail, I recall it was a multi part form and the customer gets 1 copy.
