I know most of you wild campers won’t be at all interested but we booked a pitch and a chalet at a Parkdean resort at the weekend because the kids and grandkids need a chalet (mainly so we can get some peace). Got immediate confirmation of direct debit for both bookings but no reservation number which seemed strange. I sent an email and called numerous times but couldn’t get a response. Eventually got an email cancelling one direct debit without explanation then about a day later an email saying I only had one booking but to call them if I needed help. Replied to the email that I couldn’t get through on the phone to which I got no response and now second direct debit has been cancelled again without explanation.
Checking news feed on google they seem to be investing heavily so what’s going on, seems a mess, how can they do business when you can’t even contact them.
This will be the last time I try to book a pitch with them!
