Hi all, I've ordered a Palace M90 with Insulated glass opening window with glass panelling (EMPIRE Style), any thoughts on this as opposed to vinyl and plastic windows? mainly from a weight perspective.

Hi Nick, I have that option on my Palace, and well worth the money. Easier to clean, doesnt scratch when you brush past trees, and is so much better at insulating sound and heat. It looks great too!

I think it added 110Kg to my overall weight from memory.

How long have you got to wait for delivery...must be well into 2024 I expect, or did you order some time ago?

Yeah I guessed as much. I am sure it will be worth the wait!

If you bought at the NEC you probably viewed my Palace, as it was the display vehicle at the October and February shows.

That's the one we first looked at at Harworth and followed to the show, its a fabulous machine, our specification is almost identical. Mike sure knows how to keep you ticking options off, but how can you refuse!

  As mine was in the UK and available, it was pretty much a case of if you want it, thats the spec, and thats the price!! (I still added a few more bits though) Having said that, I dont think I would have picked many different options. Mike has obviously been selling Morelo for a while and has a good feel for what people want. It is a major purchase however you spec it, so you might aswell get all the bells and whistles in my view. We are absolutely loving it, and cant wait to head off to Europe for a month next week.

That's great Nick R a bit of a wait but I am sure it will be worth it (y) the glass windows and panelling sure do look good and everybody says how much quieter they are so I am sure you have done the right thing, when we were ticking boxes we were aware that the price and the weight were both creeping up and I wanted to leave enough of both to have the Telma retarder, so we have the sticky back plastic;) actually it's the more expensive optional sticky backed carbon optic.

Interestingly is there an option for a cloaking device as I see so few, on my recent holiday in France I only saw one and that was British, never seen one in the uk.
