Pairing a Dometic Remote

Good Evening.

I have had to replace my remote to my Dometic B2200 Air Con unit. However, the original is no longer made and they have sent me their remote which is supposed to work... Its not.

How do I pair it to my unit?

Does the remote have dip switches in the rear battery compartment?
