As per title - is it possible without reducing its sensitivity?
Getting a dark coloured van - so the bright white Glomex aerial will stick out like a sore thumb.
It's probably a daft question but if you don't ask, you'll never know.

I sprayed a sat dome in moon dust silver years ago and was told it would effect performance. ..
If it has I've never noticed... :D..

Preparation is paramount in plastics painting, the item will have mold release agent contamination from the manufacturers processes
this needs to be treated with a panel wipe solution prior to any painting.
Make sure you use a Plastic primer also (available in rattle cans)

Geo I think you can get paints for rigid or semi rigid plastics that no longer require the priming coat..
Did the plastic bumpers and trims on a transit that way with good results..
Got the paint of a lad who colour coded the front grill, but can't find the firms name at for a link...

Im happy that you can, and its about time too given the amount of plastics used these days.
If its DIY your free to use what you think is best, but tried and tested methods only when im being paid to paint someone elses vehicle, as tempting as it sounds.
Ive seen and rectified dozens of flaky paint jobs, even scrapped one or two bumpers because of it, and refused to attempt to re paint many too, when i buy new plastics intended for paint they all come primed
