hi folks

i have just purchased a niesmann bischoff with oyster satelite but my box(receiver) is obsolete.

any advice on buying a new box this week as i go on holiday on friday and they are on back order!

What do you mean by obsolete. If its an analogue system instead of digital, the whole system will need replacing not just the box. If its digital, it wont be obsolete.

I suggest you talk to Oyster Sat Tech - they make them and the website will autodetect that you need the UK department.
