For an 85cm dish the measurement is 88-90cm measuring from the water run off hole in the top of the dish down to the base of the rubber stopper on the top of the LNB bracket.

What is the ideal angle set at, between dish and lnb arm on this system.

Think it's a set angle and non-adjustable. Perhaps Anthony at Oyster will know. Can't remember his forum user name. Perhaps others will know.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention. If the angle isn't right then there is a 4mm allen key adjuster at the base of the LNB arm (where it meets the main arm) to alter the arm height.
