Hi - bit of a double question here ... the lamp in the picture has started flickering and I'm not sure how to get the bulb out or where I might buy a replacement. It looks like it's probably spring loaded into the ceilling but I don't want to go forcing it or gouging before I know that's the way!

Looks like a usual downlight. If so, try gently pulling the inner circular ring down and the bulb should hang by its wiring.

Local B&Q should stock similar bulbs (if I remember correctly they are G4) ???

many many years! since I was a kid
Not bulbs, those are LED and the driver board has failed. Not all are replaceable and are sealed. They can be fixed with the right tools but many people just replace if you can find them. Held in by metal spring clips
