Hey guys, We're all over the Swiss Mountains as we pass from one side to the other, traveling along the Grimsal, Furka and Gotthard pass. We take the time to enjoy the view and even get to go inside Rhone Glacier's Ice Grotto! but as per usually the day is not complete without a little strife, so our window decided to fall off! Much love, T&D

Repaired with a lump hammer - have you done training at a motorhome dealer?? ;)

Seriously, another great video, I do admire the effort you put into these. Looks like hard work out there for a slightly elderly auto Transit - Nelly's not being given an easy time in her old age is she?

You got me thinking about an inflatable kayak - never considered one of those - yours looked very good on the water, far better than I thought they would be.

Yes, can you tell? haha.

Thanks a heap we're glad people are really enjoying them. She may be getting on but she just keeps on going so no complaints here.

The inflatable kayak was an awesome addition to our travels. The one we got was a Sevylor Adventure, which fits up in our overhead cupboard quite nicely. Decathlon do them but would recommend checking out eBay for a better deal.

Cheers

Hi

for future reference, that type of window generally slide in along the top rail.. to refit, lift it to the fully open position and slide it back into the rail..

it has probably been left unlocked, , blown fully open then slid off the rail.. there may be a self tapping screw missing from the end of the rail that would prevent that occurring..

You should have taken the opportunity of installing a newer version.

Our computer tells us that every time we switch it on.

Cheers for the tip, got there in the end haha.

The rail at the top somehow bent out of shape as the window flew off which needed re-adjusting.

And the latch that stops the window from over extending had come loose hence the reason why it flew off.

Cheers
