Oops

Went to unplug my hook up lead this AM. And it just wouldn't budge I guess it's welded itself to the socket.
Anyhow I cut cable and I have to break it off then unscrew cable. It had broken before and fixed by previous owner but has been fine for 5 years+.
So where can I get one of these please ? Anyone know the make ?
