Ive lost a pound

I weighed in today and have lost a pound. I put it on my tracker thingy - but not sure if I’ve done it right....

Thursday’s my weigh-in day, so that I have a few days to get over any wrongdoings on the weekend!

Seen that I only joined yesterday I'm aiming at weigh in day being Friday morning ready for the weekend

I'd take staying the same weight as a little victory.
I know where my problem of not losing is....
My love of decent ale and Belgian ales.
I need to break that habit really then I'll get my head into the weight loss.
Last time we did it properly we both dropped around 3 to 4 st.

So far over the last three weeks I've lost 0.2kg a week. If I keep that up there is only another 72 weeks before I reach my goal . Anyone for a lettuce leaf?

Lost another pound this week, so now weighing in at 9st 8lb.
