omnistor replacement awning

Hi there! I need to replace my 20-year-old Omnistor measuring 4.2 metres long. Are the existing brackets compatable with the new product or will they need replacing...hopefully not! A lorry scraped along the old one and it is completely jambed...and it seems that the length of 4.2 is no longer available or am I mistaken? I would hate to buy the wrong thing and have to return it, given it’s bulk!!! I can find no Thule Omnistor website on which to pose my questions........
