I'm a newbie
So our camper has an omnibike deluxe bike rack on the back but with a fiamma storage box which is handy but since we are keen mountain bikers we would really use the bike rack more. Our problem is it seems the wheel channels are not there or the bars to clamp the bike frame in place.

I have been searching high and wide for spares or parts for these but no luck. I know it is an old carrier, but would anyone know where I may be able to locate these parts or if someone would have some i could buy? Would rather get the parts to make this one work than have to buy a new one and get it fitted but at this stage all options are considered.

Thanks in advance.

I have a couple of bike bar clamps which I was gonna stick on Ebay, new and unused and should fit your rack.

They do 4 sizes, the ones I have are the smallest and the second longest:

They should fit alright, how much would you want for them?
I've sent you a private message (conversation) look at the 'envelope' icon on the top right of the screen near your user name.

Fiamma wheel channels would fit on there no problem.

You could make some holders by using sink waste pipe and cutting 2 pieces of 10cm in length then cut them in half length-ways to make 4 pieces and file/smooth the edges/corners. Next drill holes through the centre of each one and work out where you want them on the existing rails, once you have the position right mark the location of the holder holes and drill through the rails.

Using some flat headed bolts (head on the top, ie wheel holder side) when you bolt on the holders on attach a small strap to each on the bottom of the bolt between the rail and the nut protected by a washer (burn a hole for the bolt in the strap to prevent it fraying rather than cutting it) then tighten the bolt up (might want to use locking nuts). You can then fasten the wheels on with the straps which then move about.
