Omni slide out step (1 Viewer)

Can anyone advise where i can get this step controller, its from a 2004 CI Carioca 15 living, on a 2lt Ducato, I have searched google but cant find anything, any help will be appreciated. Lee

have opened it and found a burnt area & component.

Sounds like you do have a fault but have you tried fuses? Thats what was wrong with ours at one point.

Im jus a dumb..NOT blonde LOL but what about disconnecting the arm and listening to see if the motor works? Ours went faulty in freezing weather in France last year and it was the arm stuck to blame.

I have got step in bits checked motor runs freely each way.
