I don’t know what attracts me to intriguing doors, perhaps it’s the nosy in me to see what’s on the other side or who lives there...?

Feel free to add...??

We had a customer request a really nice old door be sourced and fitted to his extension on his lovely old house. My dad and I went on a search of demolition yards, decades before they became fashionable. He it the jackpot with a truly gorgeous carved oak door and frame, which was way too big and heavy to load in the car, so paid extra for delivery
The next day, a lorry duly arrived at the site and the 2 men started to unload the door, frame and a lorry load of oak panelling and framework. Dad had happily paid a premium price of £250 for the door and frame, not knowing it was all part of an entrance lobby for a big old church, and the whole lot was a package

The customer was delighted with the door and frame, the rest ended up in our yard and workshop. 6 months later an ideal job came in, needing character oak panelling for a very posh house and what we would now call a man cave. that earned us a good chunk of cash, and another delighted customer

there was still odd bits and offcuts of oak laying in piles in our workshop and even those were snapped up by a carpenter who sub contracted for us and paid cash for what to us had no use

I love a good door (and windows)
You can tell a lot about a place based on its doors

Some great doors there. Proper craftsmanship and built to last instead of all this modern PVC rubbish.

It’s about 3’ wide and seen in Honfleur

Moto is a motorbike, so unless it’s very wide, it should be fine.
Agreed except the older round sign above refers to voitures. Maybe covering all bases ☺️
