Well this is strange.
Just got home and switched on my big PC.
I did not know but i have a old account from Oct 2016, Funster number 45770.

Question is, how do i cancel this old account and get my newer one back??? as on my small travelling pc??
Not being a techo i am at a loss.

Ask Jim if it's possible to "merge" the two accounts. Guess you would be able to access both from any web enabled device though.

You often see newbies running out of free posts so starting a new account under a new name and carrying on the same thread/question

Log out of the old account and log in again using the most latest account details

If you don't know the user name you can't log in, even with the password, to check the account details.
When do you THINK you opened the new account

You may as well stick with this one.

The user name in 2016 was the same as this one.... Robert Nicholson.

Your last post was Oct 26, 2016 then todays posts.... A 4 year gap.

Your current user name can't be Robert Nicholson as that was used 4 years ago and again today on the pre 2016 account

Perhaps HMG got into his PC and knew he would post when he got home from his "rest" so it saved them checking on him
