Just been on that site, seems very good. Then I googled the difference between semi synthetic and fully synthetic, and concluded I could safely use either. If you go on Opie Oils website and put your registration in it will tell you what oil specification you require.
Good luck.
Ah, "lights have gone out", Fiats have a nasty habit of being ultra sensitive to the angle of the van when parked up, this shows up as the orange triangular warning light coming on]. A slope that tips the sump contents away from the sensor will activate the warning light. I have had it on numerous occasions. A google search will reveal reams of correspondence on the subject. If it happens again, park up on a level surface. Allow a couple of minutes for the oil to drain back down. Then physically check the level, [ just to be on the safe side]. If alls well, restart the engine after letting the ignition scroll through it's pre launch checks. The light may very well go out at this stage, or it may take a few more stop starts to achieve a normal condition.Sorry not been back sooner, data problem. So thanks everyone for your response. Ours is a 2005 Hymer book states synthetic blend. Should not of needed any oil and lights gave gone out, dip stick showing ok and no leaks Thanks again
I will be doing an oil change maybe next week and it is a fiat Ducato 2003. the manual states 5W30For my Fiat Ducato they specify Selenia 5W30 which is I believe a synthetic oil.

It's just disconcerting to be driving with the warning light on.
Good luck.
