Just spotted this Dutch Carthago at El Portus, near Cartagena and thought the image should have been on the back of a Mooveo (Pilote brand)... ;)

Weather is stunning by the way, 22 in the shade yesterday and about 19 today. :)

Yes, I think we should ask them. ;)

Will have a word if they are around tomorrow.

It’s the wife.....:D2

Cannot wait to get back there but will await warmer weather.
Know what you mean Alan, but delightful yesterday and today - no wind, so completely toasty to strip off. First time we've been to El Portus in January - only flew down yesterday. Surprisingly good fortune I think, but will it last...

Bet he's a farmer.......
So I spoke to the Dutch owner of the Carthago and asked about the image on the back of the van.

Apparently, they thought the plain white rear end of the van looked bland, and not a very nice view for anybody driving behind them!

They live in an agricultural area of the Netherlands and thought it would be a nice gesture for their neighbours, who are all farmers, even though they are not!

Well you asked, and that was the answer... ;) :)

Hi Mike, a little off topic but does the wifi at El Portus work properly now? We're coming down in March so interested.

Unfortunately, I don't know offhand, because we're just using data on our phones and a three sim in a mi-fi. I haven't even asked how much access to the site WiFi is. But it appears to be showing a strong signal on our devices, although that doesn't mean the service is any good of course.
