Now decided to go from South Wales up to visit parts of north wales thinking of Barmouth Betws-y-Coed area anybody got any info on campsite open or stops on way to park up and take a stroll appreciate ?

Hendra Mynach in Barmouth, closest campsite to town and walkable along the prom. I’m unsure if they’re open all year. Just checked, open on 1st March. Morris leisure have a site in betws-y-coed. Very good site but not the cheapest. I love both locations. Porthmadog is worth a visit, parking on beach is allowed, free this time of year but charge in height of season. Be wary of taking van on, we got stuck right by the entrance a few years ago, although a few do get on and off. Theres loads of sites by Morfa Bychan( Porthmadog beach , black rock sands). Haven have direct access to beach and during quiet times are reasonably priced and had a refurbished a few years ago so the touring bit is very nice,

Morris leisure Llanberris 3for2nights at moment nice site close to all amenities

Just tried to book Morris campsite 3 for 2 nights offer and campsite shut until March

Wild park Criccieth right on the shore - no restriction , need your ramps on one side . Lovely little beach , good pubs

We stayed at the Morris at Betws-y-coed beginning December brilliant location about 10 miles from the Llanberis site which we stayed over on New Year both close to town and great facilities.

Hi phill I just booked Abergwynant CL for first night ?

Hi

Know it's not open at the moment, but does anyone know of any size restrictions for motorhomes at Lligwy Beach?

Thanks
