Arrived back from Benidorm this afternoon and re the smoking ban it looks like folk are sticking to it. There was a smoking room in the hotel that was packed, well I think it was couldnt see them for the amount of smoke billowing out 
, and come Sunday was empty of smokers. It was an English hotel so they are used to having to go outside, so to them "its nae bother". Even in the bars smokers went outside, not sure how long it will last but with a 6000 Euro fine for owners of hotels etc if anyone found in their establishment smoking and a 200 Euro fine for the smokers this might deter them. Only time will tell.
