Hi folks

Just back from a trip and once home the blue switch in the toilet has stopped working. There is no fuse in the outside toilet compartment, and I cannot find where the power source is that feeds the PCB switch. i.e. there is no power reaching the switch. The main water pump is working fine for the sink and shower.

Anyone got any ideas or can help me please ?

Many thanks in anticipation !

Maybe if you said what MoHo you had and toilet model info would be more related

Hi Geo. It was in the title of the thread.

It is a Chausson Flash 04 2014

Many thanks for asking.

Hi and welcome.

Often the flush power supply is piggy backed on another ancillary.
So I would check them all as a starter point.

The toilet is powered from the lighting circuit. Are all your lights working?

If you can satisfactorily rule out a fuse issue, there's a tiny circuit board behind the push button, if you carefully peel the complete sticker off the flush panel, it gives you access to it, they are known for failing. A new board is around the £15 mark.

Thanks Phil. I'll take a look.
Hi Phil. Turns out that the 'lighting switch' on the main control panel inside has to be 'on' in order for the toilet flush to work ! How daft is that ! Thanks for your help.

Yes, that's what I was sort of pointing you to.

The lighting circuit powers the solenoid for the toilet, but also needs the pump on to pump water thro the solenoid.
