Hi All, with new regulations not allowing us to take animal products, milk (not even dried) or dairy products into EU, presumably we can take tinned goods, ie evaporated milk, corned beef, etc? How do other members manage now, please?

Don’t know but most countries sell evap milk and corned beef at least here in France and am sure others do tooGood question!

Sadly no. The other threads have lots of people complaining about the illogicality of it, for example why can't a product produced in the EU be re-imported but they are missing the point. Partly it is about maintaining standards and without paperwork to prove the origin the product might have been adulterated but there is also a big element of protectionism.
