Hello, wondered if anyone could help. I’m trying to sell my Dad’s van and can’t seem to get the hot water running on gas or mains. The heating (hot air Whale unit) is fine - e.g. gas ignites, get a green LED, lots of hot air. With the hot water on gas, no green light but no red one either!

We suspected fuses blown but have replaced those we think could be the naughty boys in question and still no joy.

Any ideas? At wits end here...

I had a problem with the hot water on an Autosleeper, it was a faulty power supply. Never did find the fault, I put in a new supply. But mine did work on ecu so your problem may be a control issue. Do you have a multi meter ? Check for power at the heater

If you are not getting any indication of no flame been detected on gas setting in the form of a red lock out light id be suspecting the power 12v power supply..
Can you locate that and trace it back to find a fuse or check for voltage..
But that doesnt explain not working on 230v.. again you need to check the voltage is available at the heater...

Thanks everyone. I think we've checked the fuses, and as you say it doesn't work on 230V. I'm calling Autosleeper to see if they have any ideas too.
