The tyres are absolutely fine it has just passed its MOT last week with flying colours not even any advisories.
I do have it advertised elsewhere but obviously you’re welcome to have a look at it if hasn’t sold in the meantime.
Yes we are on the south coast a couple of miles from Worthing
