We've had our adorable Dottie for a year and 10 days today and were just totting up...

46 nights, 24 unique places - tbf it was 45/23 at the one year point.

What are your scores on the (swish bang) doors?!

P.S - Non-retired here!!!

60 day trip to France in the spring. 34 locations, 2750 miles, fuel cost 😱😱😱

Problem is though this retirement doesn't last for long, hoping to do another big one in September then probably retireing from motorhomeing too. :(
But no, we havnt done too bad have we.(y)
Edit actually we have done a fair bit more that isn't on there.

We do not get away as much as we would like but in the last 10 years have managed trips which have extended from Skye to the South of the Peloponnese and from the Spanish Pyrenees to the Greek island of Patmos, near to Turkey.

The Road tripping is exactly what we do... Got one (not) planned for October. Likely the Dales which are on our doorstep but not yet explored with Dottie.

It will be nice to get a different perspective on our back garden, I hope!

We do over 120 nights away per year, a lot of my trips there are links to in my signature.
I'm still a bit of a light weight compared to Lenny but I do my best :hugs:

We tend to average 100 night's and 8,000 miles a year and just like my hero almost never on a site.
So over 10+ years we have had over a 1000 night away and all between April to October.

Long may it continue :drinks:

In the two years and seven days since acquiring the A Class we've done 6400 miles, 47 stops and 129 days away despite Covid/ Gov't efforts. Over the past twenty years or so, geographically, my travels, not all in the motorhome have ranged from Svalbard, Iceland and Greenland in the north to Cairo and Crete in the south. East as far as St Petersburg and west as far as Orlando and Quebec. All the stuff in between those were the motorhome travels.
