It will be tight but they take mini buses, it doesn’t look very big. It’s the small one btw

Bit late with my response sorry, irnbru someone has already explained what the Nigg Ferry is, van width is 2'3 metres, 2'7 with mirrors.

For an extra 10 minutes travelling (probably around 20 miles) you can drive from terminal to terminal and fill up with diesel at Morrisons in Alness! :whistle2:

The service is operated by a vessel that used to run on the Yoker - Renfrew route (about a couple of 100m's) on the Clyde and, from memory (as a pedestrian passenger), it's a drive on \ reverse off (or vice versa) and, no way, would I want to be trying it in a motorhome given the size of it! Tide dependent you will likely ground!

Have done the drive on \ reverse off on Pentland Ferries but that boat is a smidgen bigger:whistle2: and they had to use additional wooden ramps so we didn't ground!

Lovely looking beast but l will give it a miss thanks :whistle2:
I know you're not going to use it but just had a thought of, would they let you as you'd probably obstruct the helmsman's visibility?
