A fshing town/village near Dublin Port, great when catching an early ferry.
Or arriving late.

Howth harbour, we had choice of two pers, the middle one near the car park best for local shops, fooderies etc.

Yes, agreed, a great spot. The harbour itself is an interesting place, and the shops and fooderies easily passed the best part of a day.

Steve :)

There is now a height barrier on the yacht club pier, space available on the first half, not much, 1/4/2016
We parked on the middle pier Tuesday night but in the spaces where wagons are supposed to park, not good but needs must as needed a rest and early morning ferry.
Garda and harbour master passed us a few times with no action, but did feel a bit uncomfortable

I am reliably informed that all parking of motorhomes in the harbour is now banned, but there is the possibility of parking by Starbucks
