A few years.
We have so many new members and lots of you who have a Campervan or Motorhome for the first time. We have a rally which is ideal for you to meet other like minded people and to pick their brains.
Some tutorials could be organised for example “What to do with the water system in the winter”, “What to put in the toilet cassette” - who doesn’t love a good toilet discussion! 😊

This is an easy to get to location, near Junction 18 of the M4 (the Bath turning).
It is in July and children and dogs are welcome.

This is a laid back, simple friendly Funster CL owned by Funsters Quackers , who are now into their 2nd year running a CL,

I joined my first rally here last year. Not sure what to expect as I expect all of you who have not been before, welcomed by a group of Funsters, started as a 1st timer Billy no mates and came away with new friends.
So why not think about coming along and having a lovely relaxing weekend in the Cotswolds, the site is on the Cotswold Way path

Something we would very much like to do But we have a rescue dog that does not like other dogs hence there are a lot of sites and activities we’re going to miss.

a dogs for life so we try and work round him. There’s dog trainers that have given up after charging very high fees so it something had to give and it was us. He gets stressed very easy .

What breed of dog sonar? We do request that all dogs are kept on leads so less chance of another dog bounding up to you. It is quite a large field and I am sure Clive could position you out of the way of other dogs.
Have a think about it, shame to miss out.

he’s a jack Russel cross. Unfortunately we have to keep him on a lead but he can see a dog a long long way away and then it’s constant barking I am afraid.
right up till the other dog has gone out of site. The barking may upset others so that’s why we’re real try to stay clear.

he is a little softy and loves some toys.

Hi Sonar,

Yes I can position you away from other dog owners not a problem. As Brian says the field is big,

You can go in the naughty corner , no one will hear him bark there.
We were put there last time and we don’t even have a dog as you remember Jim or are you just winding me up! I can assure you it’s a long way from everyone and everything. Fine if you already know people but not very good if you’re newbies;)

That’s good something we may be able to consider .

Patch we call him he never had a good start. In fact he never had name got him.

he was a dog that was missused as a wind up dog for fighting dogs. i was bitten everyday for a year then he stopped and settled right down. We got him because The organisation that he was with said he would never be a domestic house dog

it was us or you know what so we had him.

even now aged 6 he struggles to eat out of a bowl and would much preference his dinner thrown on the grass.
since then we have got up to serving his dinner on kitchen roll and we’re still trying with a low bowl that he can see all arind while eating but so far we’re not having much luck.

strange the meeting is in Bath. Because that’s where he was located. But not in Southampton and getting loads of attention.

sonar have you considered using something like a Quest popup when you are away?

No dogs, no kids, and at the mo no motorhome. Hopefully one of the three will arrive soon. Have to keep fingers crossed the one i am longing for arrives first.;)

We’re already be away in Lancaster for a while.
just looked on the calendar. Looks like we have a fair bit booked for our fist year owning a Moho.

maybe I will see the thread earlier next time . But have Moho must travel.

Brave.
The naughty area is currently covered in branches and twigs I must have raked up about 60 piles this morning.

I'm looking forward to attending the tutorials that Clivefog mentioned and wondering who will be taking the one entitled
'Understanding Women'

Sorry, ……. Its been a long week! 😂

July is out for me. And August. My son is finally getting over from Poland to help clear out my late husbands (his Dad) things and get the house sorted. When you stop moving houses the stuff you accumulate! Jeez!
