Anniversary Rally July 14-18 2022


Old Sodbury, Woodside Field Motorhome Park, near Bristol and Bath

Join us on the anniversary weekend at the lovely CL run by our very own Broken Link Removed, Brian and Helen, 2 years of being open to Funsters!

Escape from the busy sites around the country for a few days.

Located 2 miles from the M4 junction 18 on the A46 towards Stroud.

The cost will be a flat rate £45 for the 4 nights .

This is a rural site with a very large open space and adjacent walks in woodlands, further longer walks around national footpaths, Broken Link Removed have info on this if required.

There are several drinking water outlets and separate grey and black waste disposal points (cassettes only).

There will be room for 20 units plus the campsite wardens. This will allow for a very good sized pitch and you may put up a popup. Dogs and children are allowed.

There will be a quiz, some games and a campfire evening, perhaps a Disco and anything else we can think of. Nothing mandatory!

Full Payment by bank transfer, details will be given in the new year by PM.

Cancellations will only attract a refund if the place can be filled by another funster on the reserve list.

All of the above is subject to change in accordance with any Government Covid rule(s) change, will we ever get back to normal? Cancellation of the event will attract a full refund.

Heard a rumour that some home brew might be available at this Rally.

I can state, quite categorically, that if that rumour is a true rumour, and it is the same brewer, then its well worth attending

Starting to get things ready for July - just 6 short months away - once I've got the moho through it's MoT I'll give some thought about what entertainment to put on, open to suggestions.

We will be supporting the SW Air Ambulance again and I can offer van weighing for a small donation and possibly damp testing and/or basic engine components (what is that 0170 cap for Fiat owners!).
