Long time
We picked this up yesterday.
She’s 4 yrs old Border X Jack Russell. Smaller than a Border.
Very anxious and frightened at the sudden change to her life, but she a brilliant traveller-just sleeps in the car and went right thru the night without a hiccup!
She’s not going to like me this morning tho as we’re off to see the Vet, can’t believe she isn’t chipped and not sure if she’s up to date on vaccines!

How lovely , I’m sure she will settle in her happy forever home you are giving her.

Take lots of treats when you go to the vets, cheese is good! Our vet was great when we took our new rescue for the first time. Got down on the floor with him, made a fuss of him and gave him treats. We now get dragged into the vets!

She does look lovely. Love the odd ears!

Her name at present is Fudge.
She was owned by a young lass with 3 boys, her partner had left and she was working 40 hrs a week!
She’s settling in really well although is still not sure about hubby, but we’re getting there.
After Gina who was a staid lady and was bigger than this one it’s like having a puppy, at 4 yrs old she is very immature, bit green, but she’s very willing to learn.
Went to the Vet yesterday and she thought it was all a big laugh, didn’t even mind having the huge needle with the chip!

Fudge is a lucky girl! Rehoming and rescue is so the right way to go, wish more people would do that. You experienced that nightmare we all have with Gina's accident, but out of that Fudge has a forever family now.
All the best for the future, Janie, Bob & Izzy (our rehomee)

Well done you in giving a rescue dog a home. She looks adorable and content already in her new surroundings.

Yes she is booked for a vest.
I think a lampshade on her would be crazy, she never sits still for long & cannons around the van like a bouncy ball!

What a shame, poor little dab. She'll be feeling better by now tho ?.
I wonder if the"baby Gro's" are made in Mastin sizes hmm.
