New Chausson 720 Platinum

I have taken delivery of a brand new 2021/22 chausson 720 with 2 bunks at the rear one of which rises and lowers electrically, and a large drop down kingsize double which drops down electrically over the centre area, under this bed there is a fold out table which raises and lowers also electrically!! Suddenly the table and large bed along with bunk at the back wont move up or down !!! The table will only move about 1 inch up each press of the button, we want to go away tomorrow (sunday) but cant get the beds down from raised position. Ideas please

Are you on a mains hook up, we have experienced that issue with a bed in our previous mh, a Benimar...seems the battery struggled some times

Same problem on mains or battery ??
Was working fine then suddenly stopped working
