Basically I'm asking do I need a new battery with these test readings.
Leisure battery Is 100ah Yuasa probably Five years old.
Put on charge with EHU and solar for about nine hours.
Left to settle, reading 12.73v at 1230hrs solar panel covered up.
Put on Control panel, Two dimmable led strip lights at 100% , Small led Tv 3amps, one spot light.
13.30hrs 12.5v.
14.00hrs 12.4v.
17.00hrs 12.2v.
Thanks In advance for any advice.

It only needs replacing if the capacity has reduced enough so that it's not lasting long enough. The capacity slowly reduces throughout it's life.

Edit: your TV uses twice the power of our 24" LG TV bought last year 👍

It doesn’t look hopeful with those (relatively small) loads dropping the voltage like that. However, you need to switch loads off and allow the battery to settle (ie recover some voltage) before taking the final reading.
