You will have private browsing turned on. Turn it off and that will allow us to serve you a cookie that remembers if you are logged in or not

1. Open Safari: Launch the Safari app on your iPhone.
   
   
2. Access the Tabs: Tap the tabs icon, which looks like two overlapping squares.
   
   
3. Exit Private Browsing: If you're in Private Browsing mode, you'll see the word "Private" at the bottom or top of the screen. Tap "Private" to exit.
   
   
4. Choose a Tab Group or Start Page: Choose either a regular tab group or the Start Page to continue with normal browsing.

Android?

To turn off private browsing (Incognito Mode) on Android, simply close all Incognito tabs. In most browsers, you'll find the Incognito tabs listed separately, and you can close them individually or all at once.

Here's how to do it in Google Chrome:

1. Open Chrome on your Android device.
   
   
2. Tap the "Switch tabs" icon (usually a square with numbers) in the top right corner.
   
   
3. Tap "Incognito tabs".
   
   
4. Tap the "Close" button (an "X" icon) at the top right of each Incognito tab to close it individually, or tap "More" and then "Close all Incognito tabs".
