I have a ticket for Tuesday, I now have 11 year old grandson coming with me. Children are free but the event is sold out so do you think they will let him in?

If not, I guess I have one ticket for someone to use as I can't leave him in the van.

Tell them you was just sorting things out for your visit on Tuesday and realised they haven't mentioned your grandson on the ticket. Bob.

They messaged me back asking me to email my booking reference which I have done No response as yet

Got an email this morning with a revised ticket to include my grandson. Good work on their part
