I could probably find you a nice male pig if you wanted, and certainly a billy goat! Now that really would upset the neighbours!

We are in a very rural community and most people have animals around the place.

I would have made a comment involving spec savers and the local driving school. Stuck two fingers up and cracked on with the lawn.

As far as I can see a prohibition in the deeds not to park a caravan etc in the roadway would not extend to a private drive. If the road has since been adopted by the Local Authority then such a prohibition would have lapsed anyway as has already been said.

If the road has not been adopted and remains private then find out where the old bag lives, and check her deeds to see if she has the right to use it.

If she doesn't then either tell her to stop or tell her you will bill her a proportion of the upkeep.
