I think it is well priced. I think she just wants to sell it quickly as it brings back too many memories sitting on her drive.

I'm sorry for the loss of your step-father. I can understand your mother's distress seeing the motorhome each day.

I sold my motorhome, same age, similar mileage, probably not such pristine condition within hours on Ebay for my asking price.
I think if your brother can handle the sale for your Mum, it would be a way to sell quickly.
