4-6 birth (2 permanent beds)

Take a look at the SunLiving - I think one might be a drop down. Check the real payload very carefully.

Ours is a 6 berth - double transverse at the back, dinette converts to double and drop down double. Max weight 3650 as we had it registered as that from new.

You'll find a few but won't have much payload. Look at Sun Living, they make some sub 3500kg vans with some payload, you'll still struggle though

We have the older SunLiving when they were still made on the Adria line rather than their own dedicated line. Never regretted the choice

With two of us and fully loaded with water tank and fuel full, two big adults and two electric bikes but no kayaks or kayak gear we usually weigh in at just over 3100 kg. A trip to Ireland with kayaks and kayak gear and all sorts of other stuff we were 3560 kg. The Italian trip with loads of gear for a family member who moved there but no cycles but with lawn mower, petrol strimmer, chain saw, etc etc we were 3250 kg.

Don't no what budget you are looking at but the Itineo SB700 or SB740 may be the layout you require. Pre owned may be rare though.
