Can you google the image?
Just in case OP is unsure how to "google" an image.
In Google select the Lens icon Screenshot 2024-05-24 18.23.14.png at the end of input line and upload an image.
You many need to search multiple images, one at a time, from multiple angles.

Any "stickers" or plates on vehicle, inside or out? The language they are written in may be a clue to country of origin.
Guessing chassis will be German but there may be additional in converter county language, presuming not a DIY that is.
Best of luck..

It's American I think, a Pace Arrow from the 70s would be my guess. This one is similar.

Don't think they'd use a Merc chassis in USA.
80/90's Tabbert FFB is the nearest I've seen, window layout is similar but headlight/indicators different.
Though OP's bumper looks DIY

Hi,
How do you know it is an "RMB Arnold or whatever".. is it definitely a reconized make and not a self build...
Gives me the impression of an ex library or shop van..
It also has the raised back end which none of the above photos have..
Probably totally wrong but food for thought...

My first impression was, possibly, a DIY conversation using one of the French market trucks that arrive at the market and expand outwards on sliders to about twice there original size.

OR perhaps, the original Market Truck manufacturers make Motorhomes? 🤔
