Very positive video, but where were all the scratched and dented vehicles and broken internal bits?
They obviously have very sensible customers.

I know where you're coming from - but, as you noted, Matt is a positive guy and perhaps showing all the dings, dents and breakages isn't the best way to showcase his business.

But I did notice all the vans coming and going appeared to be wearing mirror protectors on the wing mirrors...
