well they quote 8k self build, 10600 for supply and build. and then you also have options

• Insulated Panels
• Additional Windows & rooflights
• Fire & Access Doors
• Integrated Partitions
• On-site assistance

Yes for sure, permitted developement has eave height two low for one of these

Not absolutely 100% on this could be classed as a temporary building and so wouldn’t need planning .. a big cost would be the construction of a proper concrete base

What makes it temp? bolted to the floor as opposed to embedding ?

I am in the process of building one using lollysticks, never thought about planning permission, must be too much sugar.

I used to rent a storage unit with that sort of roof. I had to cover everything with polythene due to the amount of condensation from roof
