Nor the 1000's of empty gas cylinders used by gassers...I see the police didn't recover the Rolexs and iPads.
Facebook?
I may believe a link to the Spanish police reports, but never anything on Facebook.
There is nothing remotely like this on Facebook can't even find it on Hymer or The N332 pages very strange
Though it is common knowledge (Hearsay) that Romanian gangs do target Tourists especially those who are lax with their security

They were just possibly drunk and didn’t hear someone breaking into their van.I must report we have finally met someone who told they have personally been gassed in their MH and had money and goods stolen in Bordeaux and had reported it to the Bordeaux gendarmes. They then continued to tell us their son suggested that they return to the site of the crime and place two empty bottles of Bacardi outside the MH as before as if they had a little drink, and await the blighters return whilst he (son) laid in wait. They said they decided not to follow this line of action.

Or the £10,000 in cash!I see the police didn't recover the Rolexs and iPads.
I thought it was a pot of little goodies. Hence the embarrassment.Phil !!!!
Please don't mention, "my little pot of goodies" again.
It's embarrassing.
What's a 50euro note, never seen one of themSadly, like house burglars, they exist everywhere, they even break in when the house owners are in bed. Take reasonable precautions and that's about all one can do other than stay in the house and hide behind the curtains ... but even that's not 100% safe.
Problem with modern life and this tinternet thing is that we can discover every single misdemeanor from all over the world and begin to believe everyone is after our little pot of goodies.
We are, to a great extent, our own worst enemies, holiday head on and intelligent people do the craziest of things, flashing the cash, jewelry etc. Pulling out a wad of 50 euro notes, parking up together enroute, having a meal, a drinky poo and popping next door to have a chat leaving our MH open, just for a minute though.
There are many many more nice, kind and gentle people than the nasty ones, don't let the media deter you, keep bimbling.

The Thai whisky is quite potent Ian.My mate and his Mrs were gassed on a coach in Thailand, as was the whole group!
All awoke in an hour and all had money, watches, jewellery gone, apparently a regular occurrence,,, About 8 yrs ago now!
