Motorhome discount

Have been sorting out insurance today ready for when i get MHome on the 9th April. One of the questions was, am i a member of a MH club to qualify for a 15% discount.

I said yes thinking this is one and i am also paid up with AMERICAN RV OWNERS CLUB.

Am i right?

not sure but i think they mean something like the caravan club/motorcaravan club or (your make of van) owners club, not forum membership etc .

Get several quotes I have been hunting for cover for mine and the quotes have been between £280.00 and £460.00 I am still considering cos some give uk and european breakdown cover and others don`t :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:most give a discount if you in a club CC C&CC I mentioned the funsters to one and they did not recognise it shame on them anyway good luck!!!!

Evening wasp,

After 3 days filling out forms on tinternet i finally got it down from £480 to £310 fully comp.

This includes 90 days cover abroad.
£5000 personal effects cover if robbed from van
£1000 windscreen cover - £60 excess

Few more things but waiting for paperwork to arrive, it pays to shop.:thumb:
