We have found we have been bitten to death from the Spanish border of France and travelling back up now have found a place we haven’t been bitten

It's the calm before the storm........ they will be back !!!!

We got attacked by them in the French Pyrenees, its OK now we are in Spain only seen two so far. 🤔😁 Bob.

Folk gripe about midges in Scotland but I react worse to the ones we get in NL or Germany
It may be I'm used to midges?

Just get used to covering yourself in Jungle spray

And we bought a rechargeable Miskito light to use inside the motor home at night from carrefour
But most supermarkets sell them

We spent first 2 weeks in September in la flotte en re & managed to get bitten on numerous occasions so I’d be careful.

I must admit that when we went to Brittany recently (returned last week) it was really quite pleasant not having to buy copious amounts of spray, lavender and apysil

We are in Marssellan Le plage. Not too many mossies but little black flies land and bite. When you swat them they are full of blood, your blood. Still need jungle formula, especially the lower legs.
