Lots now
Does anybody have any tales of woe regarding either concorde or morelo.

After been a morelo owner for nearly 2 years we are happy with the brand.
We have a Home 8.2 which is a fantastic piece of kit.
However we need to get under 8m, unfortunately this rules out morelo yet concorde have a new model which is only 7.5 metres.

Why not get Dave (Wissell) to design and custom build one to your spec? You both know what you want/don't want or use, can get the *best of fitted* and custom made, Just a thought.

Our Bailey is 7.9.
I would risk being bitten and do you a stright swop for your home:giggle:;)
I had a 2004 Bailey caravan that we used for work till 2019 and it was brilliant however no swapping I'm afraid

It's an idea but probably one I won't pursue. 🙂

Have you looked at Phoenix or Vario? A much greater degree of customisation but at a price.

I think they are very similar in quality they just have styling difference’s. The Concordes are a little more subdued inside. I can confirm any after sales at the factory if needed is on hand.

We have a Concorde and are very pleased with it. Ours is 8.6 so I don’t know anything about the smaller ones. That said, I expect that no matter what size the quality will still be very good.

Horrible layout, but Phoenix will make pretty much what you want - If you re happy to pay for it.

Thank you

Nice. Don't like the idea of the drop down bed though.
They do a conventional layout at the same 7.85m on the 50C chassis, the Home 78L would be very similar to waht you have now but 7.8m and then the Concorde of course so all on the 50C that you have had on your 82.

The Credo looks good but you can get a Carver 790 on the Daily 70C chassis at bang on 8 metres, well actually 7.99m.

Friend has a Phoenix, believe it’s sub 8m with overcab bed. 7.5 tonnes and runs near limit with washing machine etc. Very tall and prone to horsebox jokes. Looks like built to a different scale when near other vans.

that's the good and the bad thing about Phoenix a bit like unregulated house extensions, they will build what you say you want but thats not always kind on the eyes.

We are at the phoenix stand now

7.65m. Definable as a black swan or an ugly duckling but its ticking all the boxes for everything
