Surely that rear end overhang is more than the permitted amount in relation to space between axles or whatever it is?
I cannot image what use it could be with 9 beds and it looks awful.

Oddly, it appeared in a dream last night. I cannot remember what the dream was about but I remember seeing this monstrosity and thinking, that’s strange, I was only reading about that today! In my dream it was huge and the woman I was with said, oh that’s my brother’s.
