AMEX have suspended the payments.
PayPal:
Would not accept my online disputes, kept coming up with errors. So, I Rang them and they manually raised a dispute for 4 lots of flights.
I have today logged on to PayPal and they have closed the case, refunding me nothing. simply stating....
"Your claim has been resolved and you'll receive a £0.00 GBP refund."
or
"After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favour at this time.
If you've received the item but it's not as described by the seller, you can ."
Waiting for PayPal on a call back....
