Hi.
I have an old L.G Flipper model U.B.360. The ringtone is "The Post Horn Gallop" (When i was working LOL). I would like to try and get it to be passed over to the "Newest old Mob" A samsung galaxy Mini.
So,is this possible to do please ? If it is,can you please tell me what to do,bearing in mind i am an O'er 'till member, can you please write down any instructions....slowly
If it is not,it wont be the end of the world............. MUCH!! Thanks in advance.

if your cotract talk to your provider

if payg check you sim is compatable
( the little gold chip similar to the bits on a credit card)
think there is four versions of them these days
three of them are trimmed from the old credit card
style from years back

1 is a nano sim similar in shape to a micro but
thinned down

phone shop will guide you or let you pick their brains
hoping for a sale

do u mean moving the ring tone

If the ringtone is in the phone when new then i doubt you can get it out however, if you added it then you can sent it over phones via SD card or even bluetooth. If you cant to that just download the tune via you tube or the likes

Trim the part you want as MP3 or WMA (whatever the phone supports) and transfer it to your new phone via USB cable. The later is how i did mine. Paint it black by The Rolling Stones.

simples! hand the phone to somebody younger and buy them a drink or an icecream (if a kid) and 5 minutes later, all sorted

Hi.
Thanks everyone,i now have two choices... One. Treble 6 ! (G/son) is coming over shortly,i could ply him with beer.wine etc. and i think he could do it blind drunk. Or Two. Get.....666! Doh!! and get him to read ALL your posts and act upon the instructions.
Thanks again, over the years, the only wires i have for the LG Flipper are the mains charger and 12v ciggy lighter wire, this phone is held together by puny leather cover and half a tube of Loctite, but i am loath to part with it,will let you know how it all comes down. Thanks.
