Hi All I have a hymer Exsis T with a 2.2 wide body has anybody fitted the mirrors off a panel van to there narrow motorhome and do they work just as well . I am sure I has seen that done, as the long arm ones stick out so far they make the motorhome look like Jumbo and also a pain at the toll machine

Yes i have and have had no problems yes the field of vision is not as good but a slight lean forward when checking mirrors sorts it our van is 2.18 wide. Makes for a far more relaxed drive.
